Our poly balers use Rhino™ film created especially for the baling of loose materials or compressed materials such as wood pellets, animal bedding, baled wood shavings, and baled rice hulls. Rhino™ film has high impact strength and excellent tear and puncture resistance. Rhino™ film has the unique quality of low creep so the package remains square for better looks and easier stacking. Its outer low slip surface is great for stacking and shipping while its slick inside surface allows for easy opening and efficient loading.

Available with corner seals and in any color. These plastic baler bags can be printed to your specifications up to eight colors of your choice.

Bagged materials need to be securely and safely stacked on pallets for warehouse storage, secure transit and facilitating loading and unloading to avoid damage to the product or the extra labor required to re-stack the material, clean up spills, or in the worst situation, personal injury.

Many options are available to secure bagged product on a pallet; including shrink wrapping, spraying adhesives to lock the bags together and using bags with an embossed outer finish.

Embossed bags with a textured pattern is the easiest method to use and does not require additional labor or time in the packaging /palletizing process. The textured pattern helps “lock together” the bags once they are palletized.

This embossed texture works best on heavy bags such as ice melt, sugar, minerals, chemicals, and fertilizers. Many bagged products that are exported use embossed bags as the preferred method to reduce shifting during the long transit. Embossed bags made with PolyPaks Rhino™ or V-Zuh™ film have the following features:
